Stall Holder Enquiry

Set-up arrangements

We please request no early arrival/ set up unless by prior agreement, trade stalls will be located all around the green area that surrounds the pond at Bury Dyke, which will host an array of vendors throughout both days, and should attract extra footfall to your stalls. The Food Vendor area will be across the hard standing and the green area closer towards the music arena.

ARRIVALS –

  • Please arrive between 8am – 8.30am on Saturday to set up your stall. (Friday evening arrivals may be possible by prior arrangement)
  • You may unload your car on the roadside of Bury Dyke but kerbside MUST BE CLEAR by 9AM when cones will be placed.
  • No vehicles may be driven onto the green areas (except First Responders and Food Vendors on the hard-standing, by prior agreement)
  • Once unloaded, we recommend you move your car to the adjacent streets; parking at the school car park will be available between 10am – 6pm.
  • 3m x 3m gazebos are the largest permitted (unless by prior agreement)
  • A committee member will be on hand at the pond to show you where to pitch your stall in a bright yellow high-vis.

DURING the DAY

  • Bury Dyke is our ‘blue-light’ access for the festival zone and must be kept clear; it will be traffic-coned
  • There will be portaloos in the corner of the stalls area, shown in orange on the map and also some in the music arena.

  • The music will be going on from midday until 9pm-ish on Saturday and until 7pm-ish on Sunday.

DEPARTURES

You may trade for as long as you wish until the end of the music. Anything left on the stalls area overnight will be at your own risk.

We are delighted that you will be part of our festival; we are aiming to raise lots of money for our local good causes and we hope that you have a good weekend of trading.
